| Hello to you too. Wow, setting up your own business! It must be very exciting. Limited company is a good option. Nowadays, procedure is very simple. You can even do everything on line. You need to have a limited company formation pack. It includes memorandum and articles of association, certificate of incorporation, share certificates, completed combined statutory register and some other papers.
