| I’d like to found a company with few colleagues from the University. I trust them, I know that they are true experts in their field, and I’m sure we can function well as a team. There is only one thing we don’t agree upon. I’d like to form a partnership but some of them prefer incorporating. What do you think, which form is better? |

I’m really not an expert in this but I’ll try to share my observance with you. I would choose Partnership, just as you would. It’s simply because there is less administration, less accounting and less traps regarding the law. I don’t like all that paperwork connected to corporations. Some say that it is better to have a limited liability, and not to risk all your property and money on the accounts which are above the property you invested into the business. But why not risking all when you have vision, when you have reliable partners and when you have faith you’ll make it. At least it would be easier for you if you had no or little property.
