| Purchasing is tempting but sometimes some extra purchase is not affordable to me so I was wondering about increasing credit limit. How can I do that? Does keeping good credit record for years count for increasing? Getting a higher credit limit is not that hard, right? You just have to follow the rules and instructions from the bank. |

| I can give you couple of advice for increasing your card limit. First and most important is to prove your credit worthiness. Sometimes you have to prove to the bank that you are a good borrower but don’t do it very often. Spend within your credit card limit and never make minimum payments but try to pay off the whole amount. Avoid late payments and use your card wisely. But increasing credit limit means greater purchase power and that can easily bring you in the debts waters, so be careful. |
