| What to choose individual or company opt when it comes to choosing the specific business structure. I am thinking of running some business related to distributing the computer equipment and though I have a chance to develop this idea through some partnership I still am thinking on forming it on my own –individually and am actually having a hard tome choosing between individual or company so please help me on this with pros and cons. |

| I once was running a company and to tell you the truth I would never chose this opt again-too many people too many confrontations and different opinions and the company under such conditions usually fails down. Anyway I am running now a small individual business and the advantages are much bigger than these company related –I am not under that stress and the taxes are much less as well as starting capital and I even have much more time free now and I am very satisfied with my incomes but yet again it all depends on your business success though everyone has some tough time in the beginning but if you ask me now on this I would always choose the individual opt. |
