| I have recently seen that I have some unqoted shares and I know there are taxes to be paid on it. I would like some information about CGT I need to pay for it. If anyone could tell me anything useful about it, that would be great. Thanks in advance. |

| Unqoted shares have certain value. When you trabsfer them as a gift to someone, for example. or after someone dies, there will be a tax infolved. The amount of it will depend on the share-value on the open market. CGT is among the taxes applicable to these shares, and it is counted for 755 of a complete value of it. I hope you find the information helpful. For some more info, go to http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/shareschemes/shares-valuation.htm#2. |
