| I have recently been planning to start my first company. I hope it will work out all right, it is a LLC. However, one of the key elements is planning taxes. Wrong calculations could ruin me and I would like that to be taken care of. If anyone could give me any advice about LLC taxation, that would be great. Thanks in advance. |

I can only agree with you. Planning your taxes is one very important step towards your financial success. Running any business is always very risky and that is another reason why you have to plan carefully and wisely, since you are running a LLC. First you need to know what kind of taxes you need to pay as a company. LLC can be counted for taxes like any of the other types for taxation. It can be treated as an S or as a C corporation, for example. Also, if there are multiple owners, it can be treated as partnership. For some more info, go to http://www.llcsexplained.com/
