| Hi there, I’ve got a problem regarding my car insurance. Namely, I had a car accident and it wasn’t my fault, which was proved. I’m waiting for my insurance now to be paid out so that I can fix my car and three months have passed so far, I didn’t get a dime. What shall I do? What are my rights? |

| Unfortunately, you’re not the only one with this problem. I got the money a month after the accident but my brother works for them, so they were quite fast. Still, it wasn’t fast enough for me, but I didn’t make any trouble. And some people wait more than three months. So, don’t expect from them to pay you fixing the car, but borrow some money from a friend or whoever and do it now, because you’ll lose your patience. I’m sure that there are insurers who pay much earlier and I hope we’ll find it out here, on this forum, so that similar unpleasant situations don’t happen anymore in future. |
