Hallo, I am 25 years of age and I am intending to buy my very first very own house! I am a husband and a father of two lovely children and I want to get the mortgage to fit those circumstances. I am so exited about the whole thing that I can’t think straight any more. I have heard something about a mortgage with insurance. Would that be the thing for me to do?
Can someone please give me some advice? Thank you very much. |

| Hello dear lad. It sounds like you are very dedicated to your family! I think it is wonderful. You don’t see that often these days ! If you think of buying versus renting a house I know what I would do. Buying is much better as you build up some capital. I know you have to do maintenance but it is well worth it! I think it would be very wise to get a mortgage with an insurance as you never know what the future will hold. If something will happen to you, God forbid, than the bank will pay the rest of the mortgage and your wife en children will be ok. But I am not a 100% sure how that works. It is for that reason that you seek all the advice you can from mortgage advisors. Good luck and God bless ! |
