Hello. I've been doing accounting and tax returns for 5 years and I am certain that Internet business is taxed just like any other business. It is very important that you go to Customs Agency and register yourself there. Then you will see, there is not just income tax, there is also Home Based business tax. It is special type of tax, just for people who operate Internet business out of their home. But if you follow Custom Agency guidelines you can be assured that filing your next tax return will go smoothly. Also it is important that you get yourself an accounting ledger booklet and that you accept the fact that you will have other business expenses, such as payments to your internet service provider, fax machines, copy machines, scanners, ink cartridges, phones etc. Good luck.
