Investing $30 K in the real estate sector?

| What would be your opinions if I would tell you that I want to invest in real estate sector today, that I have found really nice location, what would you do with the building if you are able to buy it by very low price and do you have any suggestions about what is the best thing to get for $30 K? Every answer is significant to me so tell me your opinions. |

| If I would have that sum of money I would not hesitate, immediately I’d just go and buy even the worst house in the neighborhood, since I can tell you; if there is something, next to gold, that can never leave you moneyless that would definitely be real estate. In any case, no matter what you do, you should know that I am always in for buying that kind of properties, in worst case you’ll be forced to live there. |
