| We bought a house several years ago and are now paying off a mortgage. But our income is not so high and we will need more money to pay our bills. So we were thinking about investing our house equity in bonds, in order to get the money needed. We would like to know the conditions and chances for success and failure in our attempt |

| If you have good investing skills, this could be the way to extra cash needed to overcome your money deficiency. But be warned, you will have to be pretty good, because it will impose extra burden on your already thin budget, and in case of failure to cover expenses of both your mortgage and equity, you might loose your house. So think twice, please. |
