Is Adhesion contract negotiable?

| I have been reading about different types of contract. I found this in my sister book and I get interested in it. The large part was about adhesion contract. I am not sure whether I understood it correctly. Is Adhesion contract negotiable? I think that it is not, but I would like to check it. Thank you for clearing my doubts. |

| Yes, you understood it correctly, adhesion contract is not negotiable. This is the fact that isolates this contract from others. Basically the seller has all the advantages. He or she gives potential buyer this contract at the point of sale disable him form negotiating. On my opinion this contract is completely unfair. Still, different people have different opinions. |
