Hello, I was wondering if you could help me with this matter that has been troubling me for some time. Recently in conversation I have heard about certain term. I did not have any idea on what it applies for. Is Back End Ratio actually a debt ratio? Thank you all for making a comment. I appreciate it.

Yes you are right. Back end ratio is indeed a debt ratio. When you calculate this ratio you will get the percent of your total income that you give to pay the debts such as mortgage or loans. So you need to pay attention to this ratio before deciding what mortgage you will get. Still, I would advise you to ask for help.

Hi, I have to admit that I do not know much about this matter. All I know is that back end ratio is debt ratio but I cannot give you much more explanation about this matter. You should speak with a professional about it. There is no use of speaking with amateurs. You do not want to get the wrong picture.
