Is bankruptcy better than working in debts?

| I was never too ambitious with this business and what I’ve done made me proud, even though I am in a very difficult situation and I’m about to file for bankruptcy. Maybe it is not the only solution, but debts are just getting bigger and bigger, so I don’t know what to do anymore. Basically, what is your opinion - is bankruptcy better than working in debts? I thank you no matter what is your answer like. |

| To tell you the truth, in most of the cases bankruptcy is nothing but escape from debts. And I had experience working with company that filed for bankruptcy, they are still due to me but I don’t think that the law is on my side. They just filed for bankruptcy and I am about to think what is next to be done with significant lack of money. |
