| I’ve been working for some time for some privately owned company. It’s a small business and I am one of executives there since I came to the company at its very beginning. My job is very stressful and I need to make decisions that may affect future business and I keep wondering what is better: being self-employed or being an employee? |

| Though question, right? When you have obligations and leashed hands to make decision it may be the same as deciding for your company. The future of the business depends on you. I think the only difference is between the ownership and that’s what makes this game complicated: if you fail you let your bosses and employees. On the other hand, if you are the owner and fail you just don’t have to justify yourself to no one but you. |
