| I have been so fed up with my bank over the past year or so. They are awful! From bad quality customer service to high charges and simply outrageous behaviour in replying to complaints, I have seen it all with them! I have been thinking about switching bank accounts. But would that stop my problems? |

| You will have to do some research into which accounts are best suited for you and which banks you think you would be compatible with. No bank is perfect – that is quite true… But still, some do go out of their way to keep their customers happy. I am with the Alliance & Leicester where I have a Premier Direct account and I have been very satisfied with them. Perhaps you should give them a call? |
