Is debt consolidation just prolongation of your debt problems?

| What do you think about debt consolidation? Do you think that is a good solution or do you think that it is, after all, the same thing in the end? In my opinion, it seems like nothing else but prolongation of your debt problems, since you are trying to do something by changing its form, not its quantity. I believe that some people are able to, this way, just fall into bigger debts. |

| There are people who are taking it awfully flippantly and those people, by the rule, end up bankrupting. Every experience is unique and for that you should do something in order to be able to judge. Consolidation saved me from disaster I must say, and if I was not acting fast and doing it smart, I would probably bankrupt myself. |
