Is environmental impact report really necessary?

| I have a certain project that I need to realize. At first I had some money problems. Luckily I have managed to overcome them. But, what happened next is that the bigger problem appeared. Is environmental impact report really necessary? I would like to see your opinion about this matter. Thank you. |

| To me environmental impact report is really necessary and important. We have to look after our nature. These days people seem to forget this. I do not understand what the big deal with this report is. You have to check whether your project would have a negative impact on nature. It is scary how people do not appreciate nature. |
