| I came to idea to get a mortgage several months ago and finally I’m realizing that. My advisor told me to get variable fee mortgage which seemed like the smartest choice at the beginning, but now people are telling me that I’ve acted like a fool. Is it possible that, in general sense, fixed fee mortgage is so much better? There is no one single soul who hasn’t told me that I’ve made a terrible mistake for accepting variable rate. |

| Why do you think that variable fee mortgage would even exist, if there are no good sides in it? If your advisor told you to get variable rated mortgage, than I can only guess that he had some kind of hint how there is going to be interest fall soon, so he probably meant well for you. You must realize that people are not always interested in your benefit, sometimes they just want to showoff. Besides, you can always turn to fixed mortgage, if you really feel like it. |
