Is houses selling going to take long?

| Hello, I’m Mike from Florida and a couple of days ago I got an interesting job offer. Of course, I’ve decided to accept it but there’s one big problem. We have to sell our house. I really don’t know how long this selling process usually lasts. I hope that it won’t take long because I will soon have to start my new job. What do you say? Thanks in advance. M |

| Hello, Mike and congratulations on your new post! I think that house selling usually takes about several months. When we were selling, it took us about half a year to sell it. This isn’t actually a long period of time since there are many legal as well as commercial measures that you have to take. For instance, just cleaning and redecorating took two months. While we were busy with these, our agent did all the rest of the work for us. When we finished this, it took four months to receive the best possible offer. |
