| I work at the company with so many rules about everything that it would be funny if it’s not that serious. Our manager just informed us that they will forbid mobile phones in near future. I still can’t believe it and I would like to know is it legal for an emploeyee to forbid mobile phones? |

| I think that there are laws about these things and you should ask a professional about this. Of course that employer can forbid mobile phones, but not in every company. Just imagine court clerk answering his phone while typing! Unfortunately, I don’t know where exactly you work and what exactly is your job. But your employer cannot forbid mobile phones just like that; he has to have good reason for doing this. Anyway, I don’t think that mobile phones are forbidden anywhere. |
