Hi there everyone. My name is Alex and I would appreciate if you could give me some information about company formation. I am interested in starting my own business and I would like to know what the procedure is. Since I am not very fond of lawyers, is it possible to form a LLC without a lawyer? Thank you.

Hi there Alex. It is so great that you want to start your own business. I hope that you will be successful in it. Now, founding procedure is not difficult. You need to register with the appropriate authority. There you will have to give the name of your company, what is it that you want to do and in which form (LLC in your case). It shouldn’t take more than couple of days. Basically, you can avoid hiring a layer. But, sometimes it is better to have some professional involved. It doesn’t have to be a lawyer. Nowadays you have those agencies for business development where you can get all the information and advice. Well that is all I can tell you. Once again, I wish you all the best. Bye!
