| Hi there people. I would appreciate if you could tell me what to do in the situation I’m in. I moved to England three years ago from Estonia and I intend to stay here. I have some property back in Tallinn which I would like to sell. Is it safe to sell a house over escrow agent in Eastern Europe? Thank you for your posts. |

| Hello to you too. Well, to tell you the truth, I don’t think that I would do something like that. Escrow is like an agent who is in charge of selling your real estate back there. You have to give them some instruction about time limits, price and other important things when real estate is about. However, escrow agent can act in his own way. Legally, you are not fully protected from his misbehavior. Basically, he might sell your house for a lower price and there is not much that you can do. So, I would advise you to take care of those things by yourself. That would be all from me. I hope that I was of some help to you. Bye! |
