| What is the difference between top executives and ordinary employees? I know that there are many and I am actually not interested in them all, but I do want to know if there are some major differences when we look at the retirement packages. Do you know something about this or not? This sounds like something that is very much possible. |

| I know that you are right when you assume something like this. I also think that this is not something that you should be so surprised about at all. This is something that is so expected in today’s society. The system works that way. People on the top are always in a better position then those that are on the bottom. This is why I think that you should accept this as it is. Better retirement plan belongs to those who are in a better position when it comes to retirement, maybe I should say who are at the top of the food chain. You can make some personal arrangements if you think that your retirement plan is not good enough. |
