Is mortgage loan charge included in the closing cost?

| Hi, I would be very grateful if you could help me determine the answer to the question that has been troubling me for some time. I would like to know is mortgage loan charge included in the closing cost. Do you have any information about this issue? Every advice or just comment on this matter will mean a lot to me. | Hi, unfortunately I have to say that when it comes to this matter I am completely in the dark. Perhaps you can try searching this on the internet. I am sure you will find plenty information about mortgage loan charge. The better solution would be if you can actually find someone who deals with this matter. |

| Personally I do not have any experience with mortgage loan. I can only guess on this matter. It sounds logical to me that mortgage loan charge is indeed included in the closing cost. However if you need a hundred percent information then you really need to talk with someone who deals with this. |
