| I have a question for you, which is at this point in time fortunately completely theoretical. I would like to know more about passed dividend. In the case of common stock and not preferred stock, is passed dividend usually made up for later on? What should I expect in such a situation? |

| I have nothing positive to say about this particular issue, I am sorry. With preferred stock a passed dividend is usually paid out later on, but not always. And with common stock this is not the case at all. The passed dividend is a legimate decision that can be made by the board of directors. |
