| Tell me something: do you think that a good estate agent is a pushy one? I plan to sell my house and I don’t know what kind of person to choose to represent me. Personally, I don’t like those pushy agents that are all over you and that are weasel-like, but if that’s what sells the house, then ok. What is your opinion? |

| Well, when it comes to business there is no room for feelings. So, those pushy agents are a real nuisance and I really loathe them, but I think that most people fall for their “charm”. That’s why I think that it’s better to hire a real beast and wait for the results for a very short period of time. They’re really irritating, but they can really bite and that’s what you need at the moment. If I were you, I’d pick a pushy agent regardless of the fact that I don’t like him as a person. You just have to distinguish between the real estate as a profession and the person. Maybe they’re not bad persons but only devoted professionals who want to do their job well. |
