Is the principle of pyramid scheme and chain letter the same?

| Is it fair to say that there is a same principle standing behind pyramidal scheme and chain letter or do you think that these two are not the same at all? I think that there is something behind these two schemes, but I ma not all that well introduced to both of them, so I am not able to say that they are of the same kind. |

| I think that they are of the same kind and I think that this is something that you can generally call by the same name. Of course there are some difference in the way that you execute them, but what is important is that in both cases you have to involve as much people as possible in order to gain some profit and in order to get this working as long as it possible can. Of course this is not something that can work endlessly, but you can make sure that this will work for some time in the future and generate a huge profit for those who are organizers, but I firmly believe that this can’t be operated with any state backing it up. |
