| Hi there people. I would like to ask a question about equity release. I need some extra cash right now and I decided to get it by using equity release plan. Now, since I want it to be as cheap as possible, I would like to avoid solicitors. Is there a eay to release equity without solicitor? |

| Hi there. I am afraid that performing equity release without a solicitor is not an option. Why so? Well, Safe Home Income Plan requires that all paper work has to be done by a solicitor. In order to complete the process, you will need a signature from some certified solicitor. In other words, you just can’t avoid them. So, do some research and see if you can find someone who will do good work for you and who will not charge you some insane sum of money. But be carefull, sometimes it’s better to pay a ittle bit more and be sure that the job will be done properly than otherwise. It would be the best to ask someone for a recommendation. That is definitelly the best way to find a solicitor. Bye! |
