| Dear everyone. I am very interested in buying a house. But this stamp duty is quite a burden! I am sure that there must be some way of avoiding this. If there is a tax, there is a way to avoid it. Right? Sadly, I don't know how to go about that! Can you tell me? I am sure that I won't be the only one who is interested in the issue! |

| Yes, there is a certain way of avoiding paying stamp duty. There are several so-called "disadvantaged areas" across the United Kingdom. If you buy a property in one of them, you will not have to pay the stamp duty. So in other words, if you want to live in the middle of nowhere or among drug addicts and so on, you don't have to pay tax for it. Good luck in deciding what is the best for you! |
