I have recently wanted to buy a house. I will be moving to another area of the town because of my work and I could really use it. However, I would like to get an advice about whether there is any homebuy scheme. If anyone could tell me, that would be great. Thanks in advance, I appreciate it.

Buying a house is really a responsible task and you need to take it very seriously. It seems to me that many people regret pretty soon after buying a new home because they have not thought enough about it. There is a homebuy scheme which government introduced. There is a New Build HomeBuy, Open Market HomeBuy, Social HomeBuy scheme. They differ with various conditions and it is best that you look for yourself and decide which one suits you. I suggest you go to http://www.housingcorp.gov.uk/server/show/
conWebDoc.1154. Best of luck.
