I have been planning to start a business and I expect to get a pretty good profit from it. I will be mostly in trading and I seek to assure the best possible position. Now, I would like to know whether there is such thing like ethical selling. If anyone could help that would be great.

| Sales is very sensitive area and there surely is something like ethical sales. It means that you will sell products to people who need them and for the realistic price. On the other hand there is a lot of unethical selling, directed at quick earnings through tricking people. It is usually deemed invasive, aggressive, influential in a bad way. In that sense, if you are over the line of damaging instead of benefiting customers, it will certainly be counted as unethical. However, people eventually always recognize such attempts and those who sell unethically usually fail at their business. It is not that you need courts to pass a judgment, it is simply a matter of sensibility. I would surely recommend going to some lessons in such selling if you are not sure just what is exactly considered unethical. Hope you find the info helpful. |
