Is there such thing like general partner in limited partnership?

| Do you know anything about limited partnership? There is a girl that I am interested about, and she only likes to talk about business. I think that I’ve made a fool out of myself talking to her about limited partnerships, I must ask you now if there is such thing like general partner in limited partnership. I think that I’ve read somewhere how there is a general partner, but now I think that I’ve seemed dumb in her eyes. |

| Yes, there is a general partner in limited partnership; it is the one who remains liable for all the debts and obligations which had been made for the entity. You were lucky, but I would recommend you not to talk about things that you don’t understand, even if that girl has nothing else to talk about. Let her be the one who is going to make a mistake and look foolish… |
