| Hi, I need your help with the matter that confuse me a little. I have been reading a lot about closing costs. I have some ideas which are related directly to these costs. That is why I need to learn as much as I can. Is title insurance a part of a closing cost? Can you help poor ignorant? Thank you. |

| Hello, even though I do not know much about closing costs, I can answer your question. I know for sure that title insurance is a part of the closing costs. I found this on the internet while looking for something completely different. If you want to explore your knowledge you can look it up as well. |

| Hello, I too think that among different kind of fees and warranties, title insurance is indeed a part of closing costs. It is a good thing that you have decided to learn about this matter. You do not want to pay the price of your ignorance. You should think about consulting with a financial adviser about this matter. |
