| Hello, I am thinking about buying stocks. I have some money that I put aside. I was planning traveling through Europe, but something came up and I was not able to fulfill my dream. Since I am a newbie I would like to get familiar to certain terms. Can you tell me more about wash sale? Is it illegal? |

| Hi, I am not an expert on this matter, but to my knowledge wash sale is an illegal activity. Basically you are buying or selling the security through two different brokers. You can check it with IRS rules. That way you will know for sure whether is illegal or not. You can speak with financial adviser as well. |
