| Hello there everybody. My name is Dorothy and I would like to ask you something about economic policies in undeveloped countries. I know that there are undeveloped areas everywhere and that zoning is used to attract investors there. Is zoning present in undeveloped countries? Can you tell me something about it? Thank you. |

| Hi there Dorothy. I don’t know much about undeveloped countries in general, but I happen to read an article about this subject, so I think I can tell you something. Undeveloped countries also have more and less developed regions. The situation is practically the same with the difference in overall level of development. So, they are implementing zoning as a way to attract investments and support development. For example, investors will get special treatment in forms of taxes and/or subventions if they invest in particular area. This system can be regarded universal because it gives results. Well, that would be all from me. I hope that you will find this post useful. Take care! |
