| Is there somebody here who can tell me more about the procedure about issuing stock for private investors? We are talking about non public stock that will be issued to a select group of people. I would be interested in taking part in such a thing; hence the question. Thanks for any comments. |

| Issuing private stock is something completely legal; you can usually find news about this in circulars for shareholders. You see, the private stock is issued to private investors that are sometimes already shareholders. Other than saying this I would not be exactly sure what kind of information you would want. Feel free to come back to me though. |
