| Well, the situation is like this. I own a company which is considered as a smaller one, but my business went well until recently competition destroyed a half of my profit. So, in order to keep business running, I was planning to join my limited liability company, since there were no chances for corporation, and I had much difficulties deciding how, where and when to look for some people whose help and reputation would help. So, how smart is to join LLC with another people which are unknown to me? What should be worrying me mostly in this situation? |

| Tell the truth, I am confused with your dilemma, are people the one that you don’t trust or do you have bad impressions with places where they worked previously? Unknown people may be better partners that people you know your entire life. I believe your chances are pretty much the same. You just must try to listen to them, if your decision is final. If you think that would help you. |
