| Hi, guys. I am planning to buy my first property. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to do that on my own. I haven’t been working that long. My friend is in the same situation. That’s why we were thinking of joint mortgage. I wonder if anyone can help me with this. Thanks for advices. |

| Hello. I haven’t got experience with that, but I hear it is more and more popular option. It is a form of “share to buy” mortgage. And it can be done with more than two friends. In that way you can buy more expensive property. And it can have a better location. It is also convenient because if one person becomes incompetent to repay the mortgage, the other will be able to. This means, of course, you have trust in your friend. I hope you will manage the arrangement. Good luck! |
