| I have recently started working in a company and I have just signed Contingency Fee Agreement. I would like to know if this was a good idea. Some people have told me it can help me, but I am still not that sure. If anyone would have some more info for me, that would be great. Thanks in advance. |

| The agreement you are mentioning can indeed be very useful in the cases when you expect to go on court and need a lawyer. Now, when you do not have such agreement, things can get a bit more difficult. This way you only have some problems with payment, for example. The agreement you just signed is specific in the way that you need to pay only if your case goes well for you and you win. Now, it seems to me that it is better for you that way. Also, the terms are pretty strict, and there is no way something can go wrong with it. Hope you find the info helpful. |
