LLC to S Corp - does it make sense?

| We were first functioning as LLC-though it was only for a few months-and anyway we are considering now to switch to S corp just to avoid this nightmare of paying taxes so does it makes sense what do you think on this switching would it makes thinks somewhat better? Thanks! |

| If you are about to switch from LLC to S copr just for paying those taxes than I would say it does not makes any sense for both ways you are about to pay the taxes and I dont think there is much difference on tax paying system for in both cases LLC and S corp the taxes are required to be paid on certain bases depending on each state. |
