| Hello! I have Ltd Company and I am not satisfied with this business, so I have decided to close it. But, my accountant told me that the LTD Company closure will take around one year. I am not familiar with this subject, but t seems to me that this is too long. I really hope help me with this. |

| Hello! Your accountant is not right and my suggestion for yiu is to find new one. I think that your accountant is too busy with some other things. Your company must be dormant for three months, after these three months you will write request for its closing and if you have not any debts in next three months you will close it. So, LTD Company closure takes maximum six months. |
