| I had an idea to get a mortgage and several people told me its not a good thing to do, Ill loose too much time, nerves and money by repaying it and I should probably try some alternatives which did not sound to me so good. Now I heard about this lifetime mortgage and it didnt look like a bad idea, so Im consulting you now, if somebody had experiences with this? What are lifetime mortgage rates like? Are they more flexible? |

| Sure, they are more flexible than standard. For example, you are not paying entirely some unnecessary interests and rates itself must be smaller, though Im sure there are several factors which determines that. Its, telling the truth, totally on you. It has its bad and good sides and you must make the decision whether you want such obligation on your back and if you are capable to handle it at all. |
