| I am interested if there are some limits for family gifts when it comes to inheritance and CG tax. I heard that some CGT can be escaped for transferring property to children as a gift so I wonder what the limits in value are. Any one knows something about this topic? If so I’d like to hear your opinions. |

| You can avoid capital gain tax if you are transferring property such as real estates to your children. But I don’t think that you can escape from inheritance tax but I think that you can keep out from gift tax if you give away 12,000 per year to as many individuals you want including family. |
