| Of course I don't know what the property is like, where it is and how much it is worth. But I would start by asking you what is wrong with the property? Of course, if it is a small studio flat in London it has a different potential than if it is a huge mansion in, let's say, Berkshire. I would just say that you have to look at all the options before you sell the place, as the property itself probably holds the biggest key to profit! |
