Ultimately, the choice between choosing the business account is up to you. I would agree that it is a good solution for you, as that way you can separate personal finances and business deals. As you want to know how to do it, I suggest you go to any bank and see for the technical details. Regarding the preconditions you need to fulfill, practically the only one is that you are a business owner, or one of the owners. Perhaps, you may be one of the more important executives, but that is besides the point. You are eligible, and you probably should do it.
