| If you want to run a serious business, you have to be very focused on forecasting the sales. It is crucial because it will tell you on the one hand whether your business strategy is working, and on the other hand you will be able to make a detailed business plan, counting future profits from sales in it. Money management is very important because your further investments need to be timely. To be able to do that, you need to know how much money you are currently spending and how much money you need to put into each segment of your business running. I suggest you go to http://www.moneymanagement.com.au in order to learn about some simple techniques. |
