| Hello there people. My name is Rebecca and I would appreciate if you could tell me something about one form of business. | Hello Rebecca. Wow, it is really great that you’re starting your own business. I can imagine how excited you must be. Here is what I can tell you about this. As you may know, there are two basic types of partnerships: general and limited partnerships. Basically you have two types of partners: general partners and limited partners. General partners are those who have the overall liability, while limited partners have limited liability. Main characteristic of general partnership is that there are both types of partnerships.
