Main difference between fundraising and online fundraising?

| We are looking into fundraising at college at the moment. Now, we have been asked to write down the differences between "traditional" fundraising and online fundraising. I am a bit stuck, I think. Could you help me? Could you name some of the main differences involved? Thank you for your cooperation. |

| For what subject is that? I am just curious. Anyway, apart from the fact that I think that nobody should help you with your homework (no one ever helped me!) I also don't know what the differences are. Other than the fact that one is on the net, and the other off the net. Which makes the first one a bit less personal, but not necessarily more effective, I think. |
