| If I would want to find a buyer, to sell him my house and to know that he is satisfied and, also, what’s most important, to get a good deal for myself that is, to get a good price for it, what is it that I should do? My friends are telling me that guy offered me very good price, but it seems to me that he had underestimated its value, what should I do? How should I know what’s the best offer for my house? |

| If you want both sides to be satisfied, than logical answer is to get the price that your house deserves. Nothing less and nothing more. It is always a good thing to ask around about prices and to try to compare your house with other similar houses on the market. But, is it very important to see offers in several different places and neighborhoods. Besides, how can you know what’s a good deal for your house, if you have nothing to compare it with? |
